For over twenty years, Founder and President Derek Rundell has worked in the insurance business. In 1984, Derek began with Sun Life of Canada cold calling in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a recent immigrant from Montreal, Derek knew no one in Vancouver except his immediate manager and one other relative. In three short years, Derek became a star performer at his job, becoming the #1 salesperson in his branch.

Backed by his strong reputation and invaluable industry insight, Derek launched Rundell Financial Services Inc. on July 24, 1997. As an independent advisor, Derek was able to fully utilize his passion to provide clients with unbiased advice and ‘unconstrained’ customer service. As an independent, Derek could bend over backwards for his clients without fear of bureaucratic repercussions – putting his clients’ needs above all else.

In 1999, Rundell Financial Services Inc. (also doing business as Rundell Financial Network) became one of the founding partners of Ad Astra Financial Planning Group Ltd. Today, Ad Astra has grown to include a team of 25 people – serving clients in complete portfolio management.

Despite his success, Derek is not slowing down. This website, Rundell Financial Network, is the result of Derek’s continuing enthusiasm and dedication to provide quality financial products that surpass client expectations, while giving clients unbiased, superior service along the way.

Rundell Financial Network has teamed up with INGLE International to offer a wealth of insurance choices – all available at a great price. As most of the products can be ordered directly online, time consuming and mundane administrative tasks are eliminated. Much of the related cost savings are passed directly to the online buyers.

Rundell Financial Network clients do not, however, sacrifice service for a great price. Clients receive service on a personal level. When clients call Rundell Financial Network, whenever possible, clients speak directly with Derek. Other Network client care representatives are personally trained by Derek.

And no matter how large Rundell Financial Network grows, Derek will still be building friendships with clients through a direct line of communication. It's difficult for the founding entrepreneur to be everywhere at once, but the personal touch will never be lost when you do business with Rundell.
